Personal data pertains to any personal information that any of our delegates, students, conference partners share with us to participate, receive updates, or register to our conferences, seminars. Personal data includes:

All personal data provided to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission.
Children’s privacy
The conference registration and participation is not targeted to minors and hence we do not collect or process personal information of minors. Should any minors be interested to participate to our conferences for educational purposes we will ensure that we receive permission from the parent or guardian and explain how the information will be used.
Updating personal data
Should you wish to update your personal data, you can do so by editing your registered user profile for the conference.

Opting out of conference updates and marketing
Should you wish to opt out from any conference updates or promotions via email, the unsubscribe link included in the footer of all our emails will give you the option to stop receiving all marketing communication from us.

Data security & Confidentiality
Securing your personal data is very important to us and have put in place various technical and organisational measures aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorised access or disclosure, misuse, modification.
Our website is SSL (Secure socket layer) certified and uses industry- standard encryption and authentication standards to protect the confidentiality of web transactions.
This also means that any card transactions or payment details are stored in an encrypted format and not saved on our site or server.
Additionally, all payment transactions are processed via PaySafe, a registered, secure server which is certified according to the highest industry standards (PCI Level 1) and provide 3D authentication as fraud prevention. None of it is saved on our site or server.
Retention of data
We will only retain personal data of:
- Delegates who have given us permission to send them conference updates and communication.
- Delegates have registered to our conferences and shown interest in participation.
Personal data will be retained for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which this information was collected or subsequently processed.
Retention of personal data will be in accordance with retention obligations and limitation periods as imposed by the applicable laws.
